Event Signage

The most popular materials for custom signs include acrylic glass (frosted or clear), mirror, chalkboard, wood, and fabric. I also enjoy working with unusual materials, so if you have a special request, please inquire!

  • All prices listed are a base price, with hand lettering only.
  • Custom ink, extra lines, elaborate designs, and illustrative additions are an additional charge.
  • All writing surfaces must be provided by client. Some signs may be rentable through Ren & Ink (please inquire).

Signage Pricing

Welcome Sign

  • General pricing begins at $150
  • Includes up to ten words, additional priced at $15 per word
  • Typical language includes: “Welcome to the Wedding of ____ and _____,” date, and location.

Seating Chart

  • Design / Set-Up Fee of $100 (this covers the layout and organization of the guest list)
  • Guest Names (first and last) $1.00 each

Signature Menu, Signature Drink, or Custom Bar Sign

  • General pricing begins at $75
  • Includes up to fifteen words, additional priced at $5 per word
  • Typical language includes: “Signature Drink,” the title of the cocktail or menu item, ingredients list.

Small Custom Miscellaneous Signs

  • General pricing begins at $30
  • Includes up to three words, additional $5 per word
  • Typical examples of small signs are “cards & gifts”, “guestbook”, “thank you”

Small Table Number Signs

  • General pricing begins at $5 per number
  • Includes one number per sign, in numeric form (ex. 6) or written word (ex. six)
  • Additional language $3 per word

Calligraphy for Paper Goods

My modern calligraphy uses a dip pointed pen to achieve a lovely handmade feel. I’m happy to use specialty inks, such as metallics, or add custom illustrations (my florals are a popular choice)!

  • All prices listed are a base price, with hand lettering only.
  • Custom ink, extra words, elaborate designs, and illustrative additions will incur an additional charge due to the project’s complexity.
  • All papers must be provided by client.
  • 20% of paper items must be provided by client to account for human error.
  • More complex writing surfaces (such as agate or acrylic) will incur an additional cost, as compared to paper.

Envelopes

  • Outer Envelope $3 each
  • Inner Envelope $1.50 each
  • Return Address $2 each
  • RSVP Address $2.50 each

Place Cards

starts at $1.75 each
  • Guest first and last name in calligraphy
  • Includes black ink on white paper
  • Colored paper or specialty ink incurs an additional charge

Escort Cards

starts at $2 each
  • Guest first name, last name, and table assignment in calligraphy
  • Includes black ink on white paper
  • Colored paper or specialty ink incurs an additional charge
